Mentoring Program ---->

The Mentorship program is a pilot partnership between The University of Winnipeg Alumni Association and The Business and Administration Students Association. The program connects 30 students and 30 mentors based on fields of interests (such as marketing or public administration).
Benefits to University students include career discussions/ advice, career path discovery, and job connections.
Mentoring is proven to have positive benefits for everyone involved. Mentorship programs are offered to support students in program completion, confidence building and transitioning to further education or the workforce. Mentors can also help to clarify and provide advice on areas of study and interest. Most importantly, mentoring is proven to increase academic performance.
Mentors will include all positions from high ranking executives to all divisions of the business world. If you think that this opportunity is the next step you need for your university career then please print or pick up an application from the business and administration faculty office, 3D14, and return when complete.
